# Can the Students Speak English?
## Students are assessed for English skills, with most having high proficiency and improving through immersion.
You'll receive an English communication assessment for every student you consider hiring. During our overseas interviews, we evaluate each candidate's English skills to ensure they meet your needs. Most of our students have strong English abilities, but fluency isn't a program requirement. One of the great benefits of the program is that students immerse themselves in English daily, significantly improving their conversational skills as they work with you.
