Why was my Business License rejected?

The document you submitted for your Workers’ Compensation policy does not meet our requirements.

 The document you submitted for your Business License does not meet our requirements. Please log in to your InterExchange account and upload a replacement document.

Business License Requirements:

  • Must display the business name
  • Must be valid for the duration of the participant’s program
  • Must confirm that the business is authorized to operate in its city, county, state, or jurisdiction
  • Tax documents are not accepted

If you do not have a Business License, you may submit the following:

  • Articles of Incorporation with Certificate of Existence/Good Standing
  • Liquor License (if applicable)
  • Health Inspection Permit
