How do I add a document after I've submitted my application?
Use the optional documents section, or IRCC's WebForm if you're past that stage.
If you're still in the application, add it as an "Optional Document" at the end. If you're past that stage, use the IRCC WebForm. It's fairly self-explanatory once you click through.
We don't have the authority to step in on IEC processes, so if IRCC asks you for more information, we may point you to IEC's Case Specific Inquiry Form (the WebForm).
If you're sending a letter, keep it short and business-style with your date of birth and passport number.
