# How do I create my IRCC account and IEC profile?
## Setting up your account, building your profile and sending us your UCI.
After the eligibility questionnaire, you'll create an IRCC account (if you don't have one), submit your IEC profile, and then send us your UCI number so we can nominate you.
## Create your account
If this is your first time, you'll set up a MyCIC / IRCC account:
- Pick a username and password you'll remember.
- Set your security questions and write the answers down.
- Set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
- Screenshot or write down your recovery codes.
If you get stuck in a page loop, click "Sign in or create an account to apply online" in the right-hand column.
## Submit your IEC profile
This takes about 10�15 minutes. Have your Personal Reference Code from the questionnaire handy.
1. Click "Apply to come to Canada" under "Start an application."
2. Complete the eService section, using the dropdowns for your passport and contact information.
3. Select "SWAP Working Holidays" as your RO.
4. Choose the "Working Holiday" pool.
## Welcome to the Pool
Within hours, your IEC Profile Status changes from "Date Submitted" to "Date Received," and you'll get a "Welcome to the Pool" letter by email.
## Send us your UCI
Go back to your InterExchange application, enter your UCI number and the date received, and press submit. We can't nominate you until you do.
**Where to find your UCI:** In your IRCC online account, click the application status link and open the "International Experience Canada profile status" page. Your UCI is in the "applicant information" section.
