When will I get my Invitation to Apply and RO letter?
Nomination, your ITA, your RO letter and the 10-day deadline.
Expect your Invitation to Apply (ITA) within 7�10 days of paying. It typically arrives 2�3 business days after we nominate you, but it can take 1�2 weeks at the busiest times.
How nomination works: "Every week on Tuesdays during the program season, InterExchange sends a list of newly enrolled program participants to IEC via SWAP."
Where your ITA shows up: It appears as a Work Permit Application in the "Applications" section of your online account.
Start within 10 days. If you don't begin your application within 10 days of getting the ITA, your profile is removed, and you'll have to wait two business days before you can resubmit. You get a maximum of two submission attempts.
Your RO letter: We send RO letters on Fridays each week. Depending on your time zone, it might not arrive until the afternoon. Check it for accuracy as soon as you get it.
