What are the next steps for my Young Professional application?

Your employer submits the job offer first, then you submit your profile.

Your employer goes first: they submit your job offer and information about their company through the employer portal on the IEC website. Then you create and submit your profile.

  1. Share the Employer Portal Guide with your employer. It covers important points they need to consider.
  2. When your employer finishes their section, the system generates a 7-digit code. Ask them for it and send it to us.
  3. Create and submit your profile to the Young Professional pool, following the Young Professional Applicant Guidelines.
  4. Let us know once you've submitted your profile, and the date you submitted it.

Questions from your employer? They can contact SWAP at info@swap.ca. Ask them to include your name and your InterExchange contact's name.
